Affordable TMS Therapy in Denver
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation works to “wake up the brain” stimulating various neuronal networks to enhance connectivity and synchonizations of action potentials (or communications between neurons). Dysfunctions in these very networks are the root cause of Neuro-Psychological Conditions, Traumas, and Concerns. Directly stimulating these networks will help improve your symptoms and untether the reliance on psychological pharmaceuticals.
You can think of TMS as the teacher entering a room full of noisy kids all talking in their own conversations. The multiple conversations make it difficult to capture a singular output or conversations. The teacher signals a room-wide silence and commences a synchonized chorus output. Same with TMS and your neuronal networks.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a cutting-edge, non-invasive neurostimulation technique that holds promise for a range of neurological and psychiatric conditions. As the field of neuroscience continues to advance, TMS offers therapeutic benefits for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, TBI, smoking cessation, Parkinson’s, MS, dementia, autism, and more. Let’s delve into the science behind TMS and explore its diverse applications.
Unveiling the Science of TMS
At its core, TMS involves the use of electromagnetic pulses to stimulate specific areas of the brain. This magnetic field, generated by a coil placed near the scalp, induces electrical currents in targeted brain regions. The result is a modulated neuronal activity that can have profound effects on various neurological and psychiatric conditions.
1. Depression and Anxiety:
TMS has gained FDA approval for the treatment of depression that hasn’t responded well to other interventions.
By stimulating the prefrontal cortex, TMS helps regulate mood and alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) involves dysregulation of certain brain regions.
TMS aims to modulate these regions, offering a non-pharmacological option for managing PTSD symptoms.
3. Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI):
TBI often results in disrupted neural pathways.
TMS promotes neuroplasticity, aiding in the restoration of cognitive function and memory.
4. Smoking Cessation:
TMS can be applied to the prefrontal cortex to reduce cravings and support individuals in their journey to quit smoking.
5. Parkinson’s and MS:
Neurodegenerative conditions like Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) involve disruptions in neural circuits.
TMS may offer symptomatic relief by influencing the neural networks affected by these conditions.
6. Dementia and Autism:
TMS research explores its potential in managing symptoms of dementia and autism.
By targeting specific brain areas, TMS seeks to address cognitive and behavioral challenges associated with these conditions.

Cost and Process
Our cost is a 1/3 of most other places because we are cash-based. We supply superbills at the end of care for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. We typically see anywhere from 30-100% reimbursement, depending on your insurance.
The process involves an initial evaluation and discussion, if we decide to proceed from there then we will go through a discovery day on TMS, finding your specific treatment location. From there we schedule 20 treatments over 4-6 weeks. Once we complete those sessions we re evaluate, most patients do not need to return as they have reached their goals. Unlike pharmaceuticals that have diminishing returns and require long-term usage, TMS is a appreciating therapy, meaning you will continue to gain benefits long after we have completed all sessions.
